- The factious Nagorno-Karabakh
Republic using the cease-fire regime established number
of essential “state institutions” (“parliament”,
“ministries”, “army”, “committees” and “establishments”)
to be recognised in the international community as an
independent state, opened its “representations” in some
countries. Since 2001 the citizens living in the
territories are given “passport”, approving their
citizenship of this fictitious unit and the Republic of
Armenia.
The factious regime
provided all circumstances for illegal cultivation,
production and selling of narcotics. These facts are
reflected in the Strategy of the State Department of the
USA on international control over narcotics. Narcotics
businessmen are supported by the representatives of the
fictitious government and the profits from the narcotics
business are used for the control over the occupied
territories.
According to the well-founded
information we possess on our side, one part of
4561
missing Azerbaijan citizens are remaining in
the Armenian captivity at the moment, this fact is still
hidden by the Armenian party from international
organizations, including the ICRC.
It is regularly informed
about the destruction of buildings, graves, cultural
monuments, transport of construction materials,
especially ironware and etc. to other countries in the
occupied territories of Azerbaijan. There are facts
about the demonstration of national wealth-ancient
historical samples, carpets, minerals- pillaged in the
occupied territories of Azerbaijan, as Armenian national
heritage in European countries.
There are facts
confirming illegal moving of Armenians living in
different parts of the world since 1994 to
Nagorno-Karabakh and other occupied territories. Since
2002 there were established officially migration
services to settle country population in the occupied
territories. On February 28, 2005 the OSCE Minsk Group
Fact Finding Mission issued its
Report on newly established settlements in
the territories and approved the fact.
In August- September,
2006 the Armenian invaders made
massive fires in the eastern part of the occupied
territories of Azerbaijan, particularly the mountainous
and plain terrain used for agricultural and living
purposes in the occupied Aghdam and Khojavend districts.
On the 132,2 square km area a number of towns, villages,
agricultural lands, cultural and historical monuments,
existing flora and fauna, living dwellings have been
destroyed or burnt by the fire. Analyses of the
satellite photos confirm that fires are of a large scale
and will have disastrous consequences for the entire
ecological system of those occupied territories and the
region as a whole. On September 7, the UN General
Assembly adopted resolution on
“The situation in the occupied territories of
Azerbaijan” proposed by Azerbaijan.
