Azizov Ramil Ibrahim oglu – was taken hostage during the occupation of Khojali region on February 26th, 1992

“During the attack of Armenian armed forces to Khojali, my father and my elder brother, Elmin, coming from the post got us out of our house. Trying to escape the state of siege, we ran into the forest – towards Agdam. Armenians fired at us at the direction of Nakhchivanick village on our way to Agdam.  My mother died in the forest. Our fellow-villager Tahir was badly wounded and also died in the forest. The man named Elkhan tried to rescue the girl of 3-4 years old in Tahir’s arms. Hardly had they went 10 meters when Armenians gunned down the child in Elkhan’s arms too. Elkhan himself was also wounded. In the forest Armenians killed the armless people  - my uncle, Alekberov Tevekkul, his son Sakhavat,  our fellow-villager by the name Valeh, his wife Saadat, the man by the name Hasanbala and his wife”.
